The Regional Support Center Head is responsible for the build and support of the SAP solutions primarily for the Region APAC. As the Regional Support teams are set up in a global functional matrix, cooperation with the Global Corporate Team Leads of the various areas is essential. The role reports into the Global Head of SAP from the Corporate IT.

• You will lead a team of experienced in-house SAP Consultants and Developers for applications in the ERP area professionally and disciplinary.
• Your expertise will also be expected as you will have the responsibility for the realization of challenging SAP projects as part of our Global SAP team and will play a significant role configuring and implementing SAP module functions
• Business Process Analysis in cooperation with the Regional Business Teams and provide concepts and specifications, and implement these using defined methodologies (i.e. data migration, key user training, testing and go-live scenarios)
• Contribute/ manage to harmonization initiatives, safeguard Sika\'s SAP template solutions, and adjust according to Sika\'s best practice - following our governance procedures
• You will assume responsibility in the ERP development process from concept creation and software engineering design to implementation, testing, support of the rollout and maintenance of the applications.
• You define, implement, and further develop standards, guidelines, processes, and methods in your scope of responsibility.

We Need Your Skills

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar discipline with at least 10 years of hands on in the system experience
• Being able to work in a hybrid role that combines team leadership with solution architecture
• A Senior SAP Consultant with deep functional and technical knowledge in one of core modules of the applications Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment or Finance / Controlling , of the overall architecture of a SAP landscape and of the core modules and other SAP applications (such as IBP, BW)
• Authentic leadership personality with strong communication skills
• Experience in leading and managing employees as well as external partners in a global company within a matrix organization
• Sound project management experience
• Highly complex problem solving and strong analytical skills
• Self-driven and highly independent person with good conflict resolution skills
• Taking pleasure in developing, enhancing, and driving SAP at Sika in APAC
• Positive charisma and persuasiveness as well as goal-oriented action
• A self-starter with an eye on new technologies with the courage to drive change
• Business fluent English skills both verbal and written, Malay and Mandarin are a great advantage
• Readiness to travel up 30-40 %
