Job Title Commercial Leader, Personal Health ASEAN



As the ASEAN Commercial Leader (CL) for Philips Personal Health (PH) business, you will deliver the business performance at a market level. In a cross-functional team of direct reports, business partners and international teams, you will drive the perfect execution across all channels (on & offline) of the business plans (SoBs and commercial unlocks). You will define the market\xe2\x80\x99s marketing plan, the customer choices along the channel prioritization and the required investment plans in order to unlock the full business potential. An excellent consumer, shopper, customer and market understanding is to feedback the market requirements to further develop and shape regional long-term plans. The CL is the internal and external representative of PH to engage with various stakeholders in order to strengthen Philips position in the market. You will also build a consistent organization/ team culture and focus on talent development and engagement, as a key foundation for future success.

Your Responsibilities

• Define market business plans to deliver on targets\xe2\x80\x8b
• Develop strong Joint Business Plans with top customers
• Drive external focus on consumers, shoppers, customers and professional audience
• Develop Market Channel and Customer G2M strategy to drive superior presence across key channels
• Deliver the business performance at Market level and integrate Amazon and D2C channels for holistic market view
• Design and execute marketing activation plan across ATL and BTL
• Execute excellent go-to-market execution in the market with superior presence
• Build strong commercial organization with right capabilities, talents and engagement
• Drive overall engagement and culture norms within the market and as part of overall Personal Health Growth Region Cluster.
• Build Team, talent and cultural engagement and development\xe2\x80\x8b

• Breadth of commercial and customer facing experience
• Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution
• Multi-geography market management experience
• In-depth understanding of the consumer goods industry/ business
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, next to influencing skills and natural authority
• Leadership and enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in E2E organization. Ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent and nurture and winning company culture
