What you will be doing:

Take the lead in high-stakes commercial legal negotiations with a leading legal practice in Penang. Be part of a dynamic and innovative team that values excellence, career development, and impactful work.

Your Role

Strategize and advise corporate structures for prominent clients in key industries. Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, with a focus on intellectual property matters. Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts to meet client objectives. Support your team with legal research, opinions, and training initiatives. Represent clients in high-value disputes and arbitration, enabling favorable outcomes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

A

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B)

and valid practicing certificate. At least

5+ years of commercial legal experience

, with expertise in corporate law, intellectual property, and litigation. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills. Multilingual abilities; proficiency in

Bahasa Melayu

and

English

is essential (Chinese is an advantage). Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
