Job Description


: Act as a liaison between the region and/or external sales reps and other departments to coordinate on shipment arrangement and follow status of orders Manage cost/pricing structure of product portfolios Make sure all products are adhered to Malaysia Rules and Regulations for package labeling Monitor market trends and customer\'s needs. Identify opportunities and potential risks from a commercial perspective Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with marketing services, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption Able to written creative brief for the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and etc Update company website, profile, online brand store and product listing Engage consumers on social media for B2C market such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok and etc Assist to handle E-Store advertisement and ordering process (TBC) Establish/assist in the preparation within the required time various results, reports and analysis, according to the needs and request of the management Continuously improve and upgrade Commercial reports and procedures, in order to fulfill contemporary and future business requirements, according to the Sales & Marketing strategies and objectives To coordinate with related department on the cost down programs to promote cost competitiveness and profit improvements Assist & monitor accurate forecast of our sales at SKU level and provide accurate sales information Job Requirements: Possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business management, Sales & Marketing Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG industry. Proven track record in Sales & Trade Marketing functions. Experience in E-Commerce will be an additional bonus Proficient in English - Spoken & Written. Mandarin will be an added advantage. Analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making Commercial management and business planning experience Team management and leadership skills Contract management expertise Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS office, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong leader with experience and track record in leading and motivating teams Possess good presentation skills and networking Strong team management skills Strong market and sales analysis skills Possess own transportation & willing to travel outstation & oversea *if required
