Job Details :

Position : Commercial Officer

Company Industry : Construction

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1730)

Working Location : Jalan Teknologi, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Duration: 3 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic salary RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• At least a Diploma in Finance or supply chain or quantity surveying
• Minimum 2 years\' hands-on experience on commercial/ invoicing
• Proficiency in Excel and IT system
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7
• Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude\xc2\xb7
• Ability to work in a MNC environment and working with external stakeholders\xc2\xb7
• Resilient, attention to details, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed\xc2\xb7
• Good proficiency in English. Mandarin will be an advantage\xc2\xb7
• Able to commence within immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will manage all aspects of the commercial process from initial contact to sales \'close\' for selected projects determined either by revenue size, client type, project type, tasks include
• You enter orders after material list was handed by engineering
• You ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes
• You ensure invoice are recorded and billed accordingly and in a timely way
• You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• You have good customer service and ensure all project inquiries being handled in timely manner and effective way.
