Commercial Operations Intern (6-Month Internship) As a Commercial Operations Intern at Xamble Creators, you\'ll report to and support the Project Manager in managing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination with teams, clients, and influencers. • Working closely with the Project Manager to support and manage the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and influencers, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
• Demonstrate strong responsibility and the ability to multitask effectively, managing various projects and campaigns to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Assist in the analysis and interpretation of campaign data, contributing to the development of insightful reports and presentations for clients and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Preferably studying or holding a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or any related field, with a basic understanding of influencer marketing dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing large data volumes efficiently and adept at using various operational management systems.
• Positive attitude, self-discipline, and a self-learning approach.
• Good communication skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in both English and Malay, in speaking and writing. Additional language skills, such as Chinese or others, are highly advantageous.
• Basic knowledge in administrative and financial tasks, as well as analytical and data visualization skills, are additional advantages.
