Data management support across WQ APAC systems
Business process improvement support across WQ APAC Commercial Operations
Training and other Commercial Operations initiatives as needed including Policy Deployment initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Partner of Commercial teams facilitating translation of business requirement to analytics
Stakeholder engagement to interpret underlying key insights required
Analyse and recommend on suitability of data usage for more accurate business insights
Facilitate performance monitoring for the commercial organization via report and dashboards
Extract, consolidate, track, and analyze various sources of data to provide sales team with meaningful and actionable data visualizations to achieve sales targets and drive growth in APAC
Maintain dashboards and reports
Enhance capability through usage of business intelligence tools
Development and training of business intelligence tools and reporting
Data management to ensure preservation of data integrity (e.g. CRM, ERP)
Implemented Standard Works to ensure data integrity
Continuous improvement initiatives on data control mechanisms and user training/support
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred degree in business or engineering
Minimum three years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in analytics, consultancy, or related field
Mandatory high proficiency in using Microsoft Excel functions
Mandatory experience with developing Power BI reports (not just a user).
Fast learner of new tools; ERP (e.g., Oracle or SAP) preferred
Utilizes critical thinking to analyse and simplify complex tasks
Data quality oriented, able to cross-check data accuracy (from back-end to front-end)
Great problem solving, data visualization and communication skills to provide insightful and actionable recommendations
Self-starter with demonstrated proficiency in time and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines \xe2\x80\x93 and with sometimes minimal and/or ambiguous input from stakeholders
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
