What is your mission?

The mission of the job role is to assist the Commercial Planning Manager in effectively managing trade spend processes and systems. This includes generating accurate reports, analyzing ROI, and developing business plans with Trade Marketing leads. The overall objective is to optimize processes, ensure cost efficiency, and support the achievement of key performance indicators while providing valuable support to stakeholders.

You are also required execute these job responsibilities:

  • Assist the Commercial Planning Manager in managing the overall trade spend system and process. This includes providing monthly reports on GTN (Gross to Net) and SG&A (Selling, General, and Administrative) expenses by channel.
  • Support the end-to-end trade spend process by ensuring timely accrual and reversal of expenses and verifying that claims are within the allocated budget.
  • Generate monthly ROI (Return on Investment) reports and analyze them to identify business risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing leads to develop business plans using internal and external data, proactively identifying new opportunities.
  • Ensure the deployed Exceedra system (Trade Promotion Management) is operational and meets business requirements at all times.
  • Manage the Service Level Agreement with third-party service providers and act as a liaison between the company and these providers.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate master data for the system and act as a database administrator.
  • Support the implementation and management of solutions and improvements that enhance processes, cost efficiency, and achievement of KPIs.
  • Provide training on system usage for new users and offer refresher sessions upon request.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and communicate new system implementations to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Provide information and ongoing support to stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Job Requirements:

Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with FMCG Companies
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, IT / Bachelor\'s Degree in accounting and Finance or related Business equivalent.
  • Strong communication skill is a necessity to manage all stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with Revenue Management background will be advantage.
  • Having knowledge in SAP, data warehousing, BI tools and Trade Spend Analysis tools is a strong advantage.
