Sales Force Effectiveness Improving the productivity and capabilities of the sales team.
Segmentation and Targeting Dividing the market and focusing sales efforts on the most promising segments.
Sales Target Management Setting and tracking sales goals for the team.
Sales Retagging and External Support Reassigning customer accounts and providing ongoing tools and support.
Training for CRM Enhancements Developing and delivering training content to keep the sales force aligned with new CRM features.
Continuous Improvement in Customer Engagement and Sales Enablement optimizing both customer relationships and sales tools/resources over time to improve performance and satisfaction.
Collaborative Partnerships with Cross-Functions working closely with other departments like marketing, product, and customer success to align goals, share insights, and improve overall company performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
Possess Sales Force/ Commercial Sales Analysis experience (preferably in a Pharma environment).
At least 1-2 years of experience.
Experience working with data, PowerBI and CRM systems.
Competent in data analysis and MS Excel.
Good communication skills.
Strong business acumen and good project management skills.
