Job Description

Key responsibilities Work with sales, marketing, operations, regulatory, planners, finance and central commercialization team throughout the entire launch plan of new products in Kerry. Act as central resource for coordination, supply of information and strategic product decisions during product launches. Attend weekly cross-functional commercialization call and record detailed notes of changes, comments & concerns. Review all in detail and finalize comments. Host meeting with internal supply chain team, capture updates and monitor deliverable. Pro-actively collaborate and influence internal and cross functional team to manage commercialization timeline & risk. Follows up on issues related to commercialization task and determine appropriate actions that need to be taken. Ensure on-time delivery of roadmap via effective project & stakeholder management Continuously improve the project management toolkits used within Kerry Other tasks as assigned by direct superior Qualifications and skills Diploma / Degree in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate ability to deliver results Ability to work independently and collaborative in a start-up environment Excellent prioritization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment Demonstrated problem solving ability, including strong conceptual and analytical skills innovative / creative thinking and experience Expertise in organization dynamics and culture, ability to gain trust at all levels in organization, leadership and project management experience
