Key responsibilities


  • Work with sales, marketing, operations, regulatory, planners, finance and central commercialization team throughout the entire launch plan of new products in Kerry.
  • Act as central resource for coordination, supply of information and strategic product decisions during product launches.
  • Attend weekly cross-functional commercialization call and record detailed notes of changes, comments & concerns.
  • Review all in detail and finalize comments.
  • Host meeting with internal supply chain team, capture updates and monitor deliverable.
  • Pro-actively collaborate and influence internal and cross functional team to manage commercialization timeline & risk.
  • Follows up on issues related to commercialization task and determine appropriate actions that need to be taken.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of roadmap via effective project & stakeholder management
  • Continuously improve the project management toolkits used within Kerry
  • Other tasks as assigned by direct superior


Qualifications and skills


  • Diploma / Degree in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate ability to deliver results
  • Ability to work independently and collaborative in a start-up environment
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability, including strong conceptual and analytical skills innovative / creative thinking and experience
  • Expertise in organization dynamics and culture, ability to gain trust at all levels in organization, leadership and project management experience
