Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of steaks, sauces, sides, and other menu items according to the steakhouse's recipes and standards. Prepare and portion meat cuts, ensuring proper handling, marinating, and storage to maintain quality and hygiene. Support the Chef de Partie with grilling, searing, and plating dishes during service. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety regulations. Prepare garnishes, vegetables, and accompaniments essential to steak dishes. Monitor and rotate stock to ensure freshness of ingredients, especially meats and perishables. Follow all health and safety standards, including safe handling and storage of raw meats. Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail. Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely and flawless dish delivery.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
