SCOPE OF ROLE: Overall responsible for the efficient operations of the Kitchen Department working closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and also hygiene and sanitation. RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist day-to-day preparation of the food. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain and keep monitoring that the foods are well presented. \xe2\x80\xa2 To pick the ingredient according to the recipe. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in stock control of food and beverage. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be detailed on presentation of the food. \xe2\x80\xa2 To check and monitor the food counter all the times. \xe2\x80\xa2 To follow proper food handling procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 To keep the working area clean and the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food preparation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time. Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Have more than 5 years experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Western, Chinese, Japanese & local cuisine.
