Job description:
Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Able to operate kitchen equipment like baking ovens, stoves, mixer, microwaves and fryers.
Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times.
Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the company
Assist in receiving of raw materials and consumables.
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Attend the training being conducted and implement in daily operations and improve the quality of food.
Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
