Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking.
Prepare ingredients such as chopping, cutting, and measuring.
Follow recipes and kitchen instructions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Ensure food is prepared according to quality and safety standards.
Assist in stock handling and basic inventory checks.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Follow company policies and kitchen SOPs.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
