  • Possess at least 5 years of working in a commercial kitchen experience, with 2 years in a supervisory / managerial level.
  • A professional qualification such as Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Experience in fast paced, fine casual family restaurant.
  • Proven supervisory skills and training experience.
  • Excellent communication skills between co-workers, suppliers, contractors and customers.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Technical knowledge of kitchen equipments.
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements for food safety.
  • The ability to make decisions, plan work and follow it through.
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff and provide innovative menu ideas.
  • Ability to control costs and work within budgets.
  • Ensure that all food serve meet the standard as set by the company.
  • Able to receive constructive criticism and willing to learn and re-learn new skills to improve.

  • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details.
  • Ability to work independently AND in a team.
  • Ability to lead and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Ability to complete paperwork appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Healthy, able to lift heavy items and stand for long hours ( > 5 hours).
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Free from drugs, alcohol or any other substances.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in F&B, with 2 years experience in managing kitchen team.

  • Must be able to attend for training at Putra Heights, Subang Jaya.
