Assist in preparing and cooking menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.
Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Assist in stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients.
Follow instructions from Cafe Manager, Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
Support the team during service to ensure efficiency.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
