? Assist seniors in the preparation and production process.
? Able to independently handle at least two stations and ensure of smooth operation.
? Ensure all workstations, utensils and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitised, well-organized and always ready for the next use.
? Utilise all bakery equipment (e.g: ovens, mixers, utensils, weighing scale etc.) with care.
? Handle all ingredients and finished products carefully to avoid unnecessary wastage.
? Proactively assist seniors in stock counting, stock ordering, daily and monthly cleaning etc.
? Strictly comply to confidentiality of all kitchen related matters (including recipes, suppliers, ingredients etc.)
? To follow strictly on all the kitchen SOPs, proper food handling procedures and perform consistently.
? Able to train juniors.
? Working collaboratively with team members including front of house to ensure smooth operations.
? Perform all duties as well as ad hoc task assigned by seniors and management.
Job Requirement:
? SPM or equivalent.
? Self-discipline, punctual and hardworking.
? Possess proactiveness, good communication skills and a team player.
? A minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the baking/pastry/hot kitchen industry is preferred.
? Punctual, possess good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
? Good hygiene knowledge as well as working practices in the kitchen.
? Flexibility to work early in the mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
? Flexibility to work in other outlets upon request.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
