Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and consistency in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and perform basic cooking duties.
Assist chefs with meal preparation during service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Ensure all food items are stored properly and meet hygiene standards.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Comply with food safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
Basic culinary knowledge or relevant training.
Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
Good hygiene and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
