Assist in food preparation and cooking under guidance of Kitchen Leader / Chef.
Ensure kitchen area, utensils & equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Follow food hygiene, safety & SOP standards at all times.
Assist in receiving, storing and organizing ingredients.
Support team in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
Maintain discipline, teamwork and punctuality in all tasks.
Requirements:
Passionate in F&B industry (experience is an advantage, but training provided).
Willing to learn, hardworking and disciplined.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Team player with positive attitude.
