Diploma/certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred).
1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety.
Supervisory skills and ability to assist Chef de Partie.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Job Scope:
Prepare and cook dishes per standards.
Train and supervise junior staff.
Assist in menu planning and stock control.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
Manage food preparation and inventory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
