Come and join us to be part of pre-opening team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the daily production and service of food according to the requirements set by The Chef. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare all ingredients and other items for cooking according to recipes/menu. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure consistent production of food and deliver quality culinary service \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor stock level of food and inform Chef about the balance of ingredients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by Chef. Job Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a certification/Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields especially in hot kitchen is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have basic understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be a team player and have a positive work attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays
