Key Responsibilities:

Present a clean and tidy appearance at all times in line with hotel grooming standards. Stay informed and keep your supervisor updated on matters that may affect your work, service quality, or the hotel's reputation. Maintain strong teamwork and positive relationships with colleagues. Keep your work environment clean, organized, and well maintained. Pay close attention to detail and perform all tasks to the best of your ability. Follow all reasonable professional instructions from your supervisor and use initiative when instructions are not available. Know and understand your role during hotel emergencies (e.g., fire, bomb threat). Perform cashiering duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed according to hotel standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of culinary experience preferred. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus. Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people and service. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Communicate professionally with guests, suppliers, and colleagues. Maintain a clean appearance and adhere to grooming standards. Be flexible, reliable, and punctual in fulfilling responsibilities. Work as a team and provide friendly, attentive service. Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe. Pay attention to detail and perform tasks efficiently. Follow instructions, take initiative, and comply with company policies. Prepare food and perform duties according to hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Minimize waste and maintain inventory by reporting supply needs. Know emergency procedures and act appropriately in critical situations.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
