Job Description

Assisting head chef, sous chef, or chef de partie with daily tasks. Food preparation washing, peeling, chopping, and mixing ingredients according to recipes and standards. Performing basic cooking tasks under supervision and, when needed, acting as a line cook. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper storage of food, and performing cleaning duties after service. Monitoring stock, rotating food items, receiving deliveries, and disposing of expired ingredients. has experienced working in department of Food & Beverage and Kitchen Department 2-3 years experience in banquet and cafe catering experience in food costing calculation Preferable candidates whom staying in Johor Bahru Area
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
