WE ARE HIRING - COMMIS (JUNIOR COOK)


Lone Pine Hotel, Penang

Job Scope (Ringkas):



Sediakan, potong & prep bahan ikut standard hotel Masak menu asas mengikut SOP & arahan Chef Pastikan kebersihan workstation, peralatan & chiller Simpan stok / bahan mentah dengan betul (FIFO, label, suhu) Support service during breakfast / lunch / dinner Patuh standard HALAL, hygiene & keselamatan dapur

Requirement:



Min 6 bulan pengalaman dapur hotel / restoran (fresh grad culinary also welcome) Boleh kerja shift, weekend & Public Holiday Rajin belajar, boleh ikut arahan, boleh kerja dalam team Basic knife skills & food hygiene awareness
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
