Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes while learning kitchen operations. Support daily food preparation and maintain hygiene standards to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients (chopping, marinating, measuring, etc.).
Cook basic dishes under supervision of Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
Store food items properly and monitor stock rotation (FIFO).
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
Support senior chefs during busy service times.
Continuously learn and develop cooking skills.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
