Job Description

:

Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings. Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits. Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality. Plating and presenting meal items under the supervision by superior. Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers with adheres to sanitation policies.

Requirements:

1-2 years of work experience in a similar role. Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations. Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals. The ability to work under pressure especially during peak time. Able to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
