Assist the chef in the overall management of the kitchen for the daily smooth operations.
Assist to oversee the compliance of kitchen safe & hygienic food handling SOP, rules & regulations.
Assist to develop meals and food quality training.
Assist to ensure effective inventory control & grocery ordering.
Assist in check the quality of raw & cooked food products to ensure that standard is met.
Undertake other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Able to work on PH, split shift and overtime.
Job Qualification:
Minimum SPM / certificate in culinary or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related working experience.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Understanding of basic food hygiene practices.
Good oral communication.
