REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum SPM / Diploma or certification in culinary arts will be advantageous
Preferably with commercial kitchen experience.
Hands on experience with various kitchen equipment (especially knives)
Team player
Good working attitude, discipline, punctual and in a good health

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning the kitchen station all the time.
Making sure the kitchen equipment are well cleaned after use.
Checking the inventory levels and reporting to Head of Department
Maintaining proper sanitation of the kitchen.
Following all food safety and hygiene standards.
Plating of ready-to-eat food
Assist in food preparations, cooking, plating and general duties in the kitchen
Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.
Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.
Ensure that the received products meet the predetermined quality and purchasing specifications.
Perform duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned.
Ensure that all operating equipment are in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
