Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible and willing to work on shifts Responsibilities: 1. To prepare daily mise-en-place and necessary workspace preparations 2. To prepare all food and beverages of hotel according to standard and ensure good quality and consistency 3. To check the quality and quantity of all delivered items from suppliers 4. To inspect expiry of food item and cooking materials 5. To ensure smooth operation for the kitchen team 6. To assist chef in preparing foods according to the requirements and recipes. Benefits: 1.
