Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps. Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs. Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans. Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets. Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance. Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field [5-20] years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing Strong background in Direct Commodity Category, like electronics and/or mechanical commodities procurement Proven track record in supplier negotiation and cost optimization Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluent in English
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
