BAT DBS KL HUB IS LOOKING FOR A COMMUNICATION AND EMPLOYER BRANDING INTERN

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Role

FUNCTION: HR / IDT

LOCATION: Selangor, Malaysia

Reports to: HR Business Partner

Geographic Scope: Selangor, Malaysia

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Supporting the logistics and execution of internal company events.

Curating effective internal email communications to deliver company initiatives.

Crafting clear and engaging social media posts to drive employer branding while supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team.

Crafting HR visuals/ videos for internal usages as well as for employer branding initiatives.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Student from any Bachelor Degree program is welcome to apply. Bachelor in HR/ Mass Communication/ Business Administration/ Linguistics is an added advantage.
• Preferably able to start their internship in October 2023 and commit to 6 months.
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Has a willing to learn mindset with positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills.

Resourceful, proactive, diligent to details and a good team player.
