Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for Tires Malaysia. Part of the responsibility is to coordinate recruitment & employer branding standards at country level too. He/she ensures talent acquisition strategy and ensures high quality, efficient and effective delivery of all services in scope and continuously improves service quality. Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders. Building candidate pipelines
