In this exciting new role supporting a newly established and growing business, you will participate in planning and executing activities that will contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience aligned to My+ (our People Value Proposition). You will also work to execute the branding strategy and deliver branding materials across a wide range of platforms.
In your My+/Employee Experience role
Represent AC KL in attending all AC Employee Experience meetings
Responsible for AC KL My+ reporting
Compile updates/progress on My+ initiatives (covers all 4 pillars)
Submit required input on AC KL My+ initiatives to AC People Experience team
Showcase AC KL My+ activities to the AC network
Lead and organise AC My+ activities for AC KL (e.g. recharge for resilience, gratitude week)
In the areas of Employee Experience and Corporate Sustainability
Link AC My+ activities with PwC MY activities to ensure positive impact for AC KL people
Where possible, include PwC MY activities to supplement and provide a Malaysian experience
Oversee implementation of My+ activities assigned to Corporate Services, from planning, communication, tracking of impact and reporting
