KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop an Employee Experience framework aligned with the organisation\'s overall goals and values.
• Provide leadership to drive a culture of continuous improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Design and implement innovative and impactful programmes to enhance the employee life cycle, including onboarding, learning & development, recognition & reward, employee wellbeing and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate employee experience initiatives into various aspects of the organisation.
• Monitor and assess employee engagement and satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other relevant tools.
• Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a robust internal communication strategy to keep employees informed about organisational developments, goals, and opportunities.
• Embed commercial excellence, operational excellence, project delivery excellence, HSSE excellence, talent management excellence and high performance culture into the employee experience initiatives.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s degree with at least 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role focused on employee experience, human resources, or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation in the workplace.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
