As the Communication and Events Manager at Thoughtfull, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our external and internal communications, strengthening stakeholder relations, and managing corporate and partner events. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organised individual to take ownership of these essential functions. What you will do: Events Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align requirements, working within the Marketing team as well as Business Development, Client Success and the CEO Office, among other business units Plan, organise, and execute corporate and partner events from inception to completion. Develop event strategies and goals to enhance brand visibility, build relationships, and achieve business objectives. Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging event content and experiences. Ensure the event content is adapted and cross-pollinated across our paid, owned and earned channels, to drive reach and engagement, where relevant Post-event evaluation and reporting to assess the success of each event. Public Relations (PR) and Corporate Communications: Develop and implement PR and corporate communication strategies to enhance Thoughtfull\'s reputation and brand image. Create and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to targeted media outlets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers. Monitor media coverage, track metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly. Create content for, maintain and monitor engagement and performance on our owned communications channels, including social media, the website and app Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels Requirements About you: Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master\'s degree) preferred. At least 4 years of proven experience in managing corporate and partner events, PR, and corporate communications Strong project management skills with a track record of successful event planning and execution Strong budget management skills with a demonstrable track record Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using communication and project management tools Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Familiarity with mental health or healthcare industry is a plus Thoughtfull is an equal opportunity employer.
