Position Summary

The Marketing & Communications team directs internal and external communications efforts to ensure all messaging are aligned. The Communications Executive is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing, Communications and Learning in carrying out various responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be a strong project manager, extremely well organized and have the ability to execute at both a strategic and tactical level. S/he must also be energetic, flexible, and able to multi-task and prioritize between multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Fielding network requests and assignments

• Drafting, developing and managing the production of communications materials such as press releases, website and social media content, bios, video reels, etc.

• Facilitating and coordinating events for leadership and clients

• Support senior executive communications priorities

• Extremely organized, detail oriented, proactive, comfortable asking questions and diligent follow up; proven project management skills.

• Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify, communicate and resolve problems.

• Must have strong command of written English

• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote) required.

• Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn required.

• Basic design skills and video editing is a plus

• Must have the ability to stay calm and efficient under intense deadlines.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or Journalism.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, communications and/or public relations.

• Experience working and communicating with senior leadership.
