Roche Malaysia (Pharma) is excited to recruit a motivated Communications intern to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table when it comes to engaging our internal stakeholders through a variety of channels. You will also provide administrative and video editing support to the team for internal & external events. The Opportunity: In the role, externally you will be involved in: Women\'s Cancer Coalition initiatives Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE & I) initiatives Deeptalks (developing videos) This will involve: Be actively involved in the coordination of meetings and media relations activities Perform other administrative duties as we may need you to do In the role, internally you will be involved in: Product / Disease Knowledge Awareness Month Updating the framework for the year and for 2024 Internal Campaigns Coordinate with pods on their needs for internal campaigns Come up with new ideas on how to launch an internal campaign G-site (updating the relevant information, etc) Who you are: You holds a Diploma/Degree in Communications, PR, Business Administration or related field Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in basic computer software/applications and video editing software Have proudly completed related course work and have put your studies into practice Enjoy being creative and have had exposure to graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or Illustrator Have the ability to produce videos in a professional manner Demonstrate your proven experience workingwith Microsoft Office products Work smart by managing multiple priorities with deadlines in a constantly changing environment Inherently demonstrate a high level of integrity and with an element of trust Innately demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills Work within stipulated tight deadlines Who we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
