You will also provide administrative and video editing support to the team for internal & external events.The Opportunity:In the role, externally you will be involved in:Women\xe2\x80\x99s Cancer Coalition initiativesDiversity, equity, and inclusion (DE & I) initiativesDeeptalks (developing videos)This will involve:Be actively involved in the coordination of meetings and media relations activitiesPerform other administrative duties as we may need you to doIn the role, internally you will be involved in:Product / Disease Knowledge Awareness MonthUpdating the framework for the year and for 2024Internal CampaignsCoordinate with pods on their needs for internal campaignsCome up with new ideas on how to launch an internal campaignG-site (updating the relevant information, etc)*this list is not exhaustive and there might be impromptu eventsWho you are:You holds a Diploma/Degree in Communications, PR, Business Administration or related fieldFluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficient in basic computer software/applications and video editing softwareHave proudly completed related course work and have put your studies into practiceEnjoy being creative and have had exposure to graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or IllustratorHave the ability to produce videos in a professional manner
