HIRING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST CONTRACT 1 YEAR LOCAL MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY MAX SALARY BUDGET RM5,500 : This full-time contract role will support the Employee Communications and Employer Brand team. The successful candidate will be involved in meeting global employee communications and employer branding needs, providing copywriting, copyediting, publishing, and communications channels maintenance support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating, editing, revising copy, and publishing content on a variety of channels such as emails, digital articles, blogs, web pages, events collateral, social media posts, emails, and more. The ideal candidate for this role: Has a way with words: Express and organize complex information into clear, concise communication Is eagle-eyed: Instantly spot typos, missing punctuation, or grammar mistakes Is tech-savvy: Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools and processes Understands the global audience: Adapt/create content for a global and culturally diverse audience Is deadline driven: Deliver quality work consistently, and on time. The role will be mostly remote and the primary mode of communications within the team is through email, Microsoft Teams and meetings. An occasional in-person meeting in the Penang office may be required.
