Our Trust & Safety team\'s commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

What will I be doing?

• You will lead, manage, recruit & develop the language tasks and team in the office and assist Operation Manager in team-related office affairs, and responsible for the performance and operation of the language tasks
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered within the framework of TikTok\'s core values and in line with existing policies & procedures.
• You actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals.
• You will create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilizing clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed.
• Deliver related tasks other than moderation, such as predator detection, sensitive keywords and other projects in the market

To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.

Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?

• You possess exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with a passion for working in a team environment
• You come with leadership skills with experience leading or managing people in a previous situation
• You have good attention to detail - comfortable using data to analyze performance and using insight to drive performance
• You are driven and self-motivated with a desire to keep improving
• Excellent in English language skills, and Mandarin is a plus, as candidate will need to listen and/or read Mandarin language in their daily work;
• In-depth contact with local customs and culture is highly sensitive to social news
• Possess strong learning ability, cross-department communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in managing team of 15 -20 is a plus
• Able to work under minimal supervision and have strong logic / common sense related to job nature
• Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
• Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
