We're seeking an inspiring leader to guide our face-to-face outreach team in connecting communities with life-changing causes. You'll empower your team to share powerful stories, build meaningful relationships, and create lasting impact through personal conversations.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a dedicated team of community ambassadors on events and outdoor campaigns. Drive results through coaching, training, and strategic planning Build authentic connections that turn conversations into commitments Celebrate victories and overcome challenges alongside your team

We highly prefer candidates with relevant experience as a team leader on face to face marketing sectors or social impact charity industry. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
