• Execute South East Asia-based event strategies and concepts in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
• Support management of all facets of event planning and execution, including marketing, coordination with vendors, venue management, and on-site logistics
• Liaise with potential clients, record labels, and partners to secure event sponsorships and collaborations
• Drive events programme for Malaysia operations and support event operations in South East Asia
• Reinforce best practices and standard operating procedures to assist in building operational excellence, ensuring all events run smoothly, consistently, and on-time, adhering to the highest standards of quality and brand alignment
• Create and organise events documents and files, including detailed reports, spreadsheets, guidelines, and presentations
• Gather data and analyse performance of event based initiatives
• Provide overall administrative support to the Events Team related to event organization, including budget management, scheduling, and compliance with safety regulations
