Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and discreet

Company Driver

to provide safe, punctual, and confidential transportation for our managements. The ideal candidate is courteous, dependable, and experienced in high-level executive support, ensuring a seamless and comfortable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport our Senior Management Teams or other staffs to and from office, meetings, airports, and other official engagements with punctuality and professionalism. Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding executive schedules and business discussions overheard during travel. Ensure vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., water, tissues, sanitizers). Monitor traffic conditions to plan the best routes and avoid delays. Assist with carrying luggage or other items as needed. Coordinate closely with executive assistants or administrative staff for daily schedules. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and schedule regular servicing. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

Requirements:

Valid Malaysia driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a driver for senior management or VIP clients. Strong knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, and alternative navigation. Discretion, integrity, and a high degree of confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays as required. Physically fit and able to lift light luggage or assist executives as needed.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
