Job Scope relating to Corporate Secretarial Services
Experience with Mycoid and MBRS for SSM online submission.
Prepare directors and members resolution, minutes of meeting and other secretarial documents.
Prepare, submit and make payment for stamp duty.
Handling customers or potential customers enquiries and concerns.
Maintain statutory books, register books secretary records.
Liaise with external parties such as other secretary firms, auditors, local authorities and others.
To perform physical filing and digital filing of clients\' statutory documents, records and other important documents.
Assist in the preparation and drafting of board and shareholders\' resolutions, among others, to effect change of officers of companies, change of signatories and preparation of AGM / EGM documents as well as other resolutions require by clients.
Assist to preparing agenda, drafting the action points and minutes and all aspects of the works for Board Committee Meetings.
Attend board and shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 meetings as well as assist in the drafting of minutes of meetings
Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities to be assign from time to time by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma Corporate in Administration/Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Law or equivalent.
Prefer 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Those candidate without qualification but with extensive experience will also be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application, such as MS Word and MS Excel.
Proficient in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia, for candidate able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with people at all levels.
Able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure.
