1.Assist the Company Secretary in the preparation and updating of statutory forms and returns. 2.Assist in the drafting of Directors\' Circular Resolutions, Members\' Circular Resolutions. 3.Assist in the drafting of notices and minutes of meetings. 4.Compile meeting papers. 5.Update of checks lists and corporate information. 6.Update on Registers of Directors, Registers of Members, Register of Shareholders and all other registers. 7.Assist in preparing draft Annual Report, Circular to Shareholders and all the checklists. 8.General advisory services on company secretarial matters to ensure that all the secretarial records are properly maintained and that your Company complies with all requirements under the Companies Act 9.Any other duties associated with your position as and when necessary.
