To assist the Secretarial Supervisor in ensuring all secretarial functions are according to statutory compliance with provisions of the Companies Acts and guidelin
To manage the company secretarial compliance work which include preparation of resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, maintenance of statutory records and lodgement of requisite statutory returns to the relevant authorities.
Manage Board and Shareholders matters such as organizing meeting: preparing and circulating board papers, reports, minutes and etc.
Coordinate all matters relating to circular to shareholders, annual report and any other requisite documents relating to corporate exercise and ensure timely submission/distributions.
To liaise with clients and to ensure effective communication with clients
To liaise with external regulators and advisers, lawyers, auditors and clients.
To attend board meetings for the Company and to prepare agendas and minutes of meeting (as and when necessary).
Keep abreast with the developments in corporate law, relevant regulations and best corporate governance practices.
Assist in collection of receivables from clients.
