Responsible for company secretarial works ranging from formation/incorporation of new companies, preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial matters such as deregistration of company and members voluntary liquidation. Maintaining and updating all the statutory records, register book and ensure proper filing of corporate secretarial documents at all times. Laise with internal and external parties, regulators and advisers where necessary. Handling new incorp, annual returns, circulations and any adhoc assignment as requested. Maintain and update statutory registers and ensure all statutory filings are made on a timely basis. Manage and update the secretarial client\'s database and ensure all records are kept up to date.
