Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches the work and organizational culture.
Analyse and keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the industry.
Ensure that Company compensation practices follow current laws and regulations.
Prepare Human Resources strategy paper, budgets, reports, and presentations.
Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate compensation processes such salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
Develop ideas and provide insights to Head of Human Resources on remuneration related matters.
In-charge of training and development, ie Conduct training needs evaluation, Plan and coordinate training program (development training, cadet program), Evaluate and analyse training effectiveness
Requirements:
Master/ Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
Previous working experience as a C&B Manager for more than 4 years
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
Possess strong analytical skill, leadership quality and ability to lead team.
