Job Description



  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches the work and organizational culture.
  • Analyse and keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the industry.
  • Ensure that Company compensation practices follow current laws and regulations.
  • Prepare Human Resources strategy paper, budgets, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate compensation processes such salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
  • Develop ideas and provide insights to Head of Human Resources on remuneration related matters.
  • In-charge of training and development, ie Conduct training needs evaluation, Plan and coordinate training program (development training, cadet program), Evaluate and analyse training effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Master/ Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
  • Previous working experience as a C&B Manager for more than 4 years
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
  • Possess strong analytical skill, leadership quality and ability to lead team.
