Key Contributor of the setting up of an effective and operative C&B CoEfor GCSEA region
Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits programs, policies, practices and processes for SEAcountries and areas.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the Compensation and Benefits programs annually across the SEA countries and areas.
Ensure Compensation and Benefits programs meet local government and legal rules across SEA countries and areas.
Implement, communicate, and administer the standard C&B programs, policies, guidelines, appropriately handing exceptional cases. Contribute to the design and management of the Internal Mobility Policy and Practices.
Act as a project leader role to lead and drive C&B projects such as policy harmonisation and integration across the SEA countries and areas.
Examples of some typical activities are as follows:
Design and implement compensation structures including job benchmarking, job evaluation and job grading by partnering with C&B CoE lead and Global C&B
Develop compensation package proposal (salary, bonus & incentive) in ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity
Design and implement attractive bonus, incentive plan and R&R that is relevant to organization and market needs
Design and implement benefits offering that is attractive and ensuring market prevalent and aligning with organization affordability and needs(benefit harmonization)
Understand current C&B policies and practices in various markets internally and externally to support the streamlining and centralizing of C&B policies and practices
Work closely with external salary survey consultant and benefit providers to stay abreast with market practices and offering
Be subject matter experts to HR team on C&B needs
Drive (lead) C&B processes like the salary planning (must), bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
Build strong partnership with HRBP and build HRBP capabilities on C&B policies and practices
Stay abreast on C&B knowledge in the markets and technical evolution to ensure strong credibility in C&B offering
Support global team for local equity handling, provide professional & efficient/effective consultancy/advice when required.
Provide advice on appropriate Internal Mobility solutions to achieve business objectives while meeting employee needs.
Perform internal mobility administration processes including reviewing packaging and cost simulation
Lead and participates in C&B projects including global projects (eg, job architecture project, etc)
Mercer data submission (eg, company participate) \xe2\x80\x93 compulsory.
Lead budgeting process (SEA plus GCSEA Head office)_- final plan & quarterly forecast (bonus)
Ongoing & New Exciting Projects: Ongoing benefits harmonization \xe2\x80\x93 HK, TW, SG, AASPV and more; GPS C&B compensation module system digitization (end to end project)
